Firequip Product Warranty

Firequip, Inc. provides a limited warranty for all of its double jacket and nitrile rubber fire hose products (except thermo-polyurethane lined TPU hose which has a five (5) year warranty) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship over a period of ten (10) years from date of original purchase.  This warranty shall provide for the repair or replacement of hose and assemblies proven to have failed due to faulty materials or workmanship during normal and reasonable fire ground use, handling and care of fire hose.

Our warranty is limited as follows:

• All returned products must be accompanied by an RGA # (Returned Goods Authorization) issued by Firequip.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• All defective products must be returned to Firequip within 30 days of purchasers claim.
• Our warranty on replacement product is limited to the remaining term from the original purchase.
• Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods involved in the claim of defective material or workmanship.
• There are no implied warranties, whether of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise consequential and indirect.
• This warranty does not extend to fire hose or assemblies subjected to misuse, accident, improper application, storage, modification or repair.
