| Firequip warrants
all of its fire hose products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. This warranty shall provide for the
repair or replacement of hose and assemblies proven to have failed due to faulty materials
or workmanship, during normal fire ground use. In addition, Firequip's synthetic rubber covered hose
products carry a one (1) year warranty on abrasion, most oils, petrochemicals and burning
embers.
Our warranty is limited as
follows:
s All returned products must accompany an RGA #
(Return Goods Authorization) given by Firequip. Unauthorized returns will be
refused.
s All defective products must be returned to Firequip
within 30 days of purchasers claim.
s Our warranty on replacement products is limited to
the remaining term from the original purchase.
s Our total liability is limited solely to the
purchase price of the goods involved.
s There are no implied warranties, whether of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise consequential and
indirect.
s This warranty does not extend to hose or assemblies
subjected to misuse, accident, improper application, storage, modification or repair.
